First Montrose Commons Neighborhood Association's next membership meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 16th, at 7 p.m. upstairs in the Black Labrador Pub (Cezanne).  Our guest speakers will be CPA Laura Mullen of Mullen Consulting, who will be giving us tips on protesting property taxes, and Diana DuCroz from the City of Houston's Planning and Development Department, who will be giving us an update on the establishment of FMC's historic district.
